All the arabs want is to turn Lebanon into another muslim Iran.
The French already lost in Lebanon years ago when the Arabs initiated the civil war and caused most of the christian population and those who are not Shiite to flee the country (ask Shakira and Kiano).
The Jews developed Israel to be one of the leading countries in terms of technology, medicine, litirature and more.
The Arabs gave us 9/11.
The French surrenderd to the Nazis (but make good wine and good prostitutes)
Oh, and the Jews gave us Jesus
I'll go for the Jews any day!

the arabs would probably rely on terrorism, not working too well in iraq, the french would lose because the only good soldiers they have are not french, the french foreign legion. the isrelis are very hard core military people, they would win, after the french and arabs duke it out, besides, they would have american support.
