Go to run in the start menu and type "dxdiag" it should list your vga card in there.

If the video card is build into your systemboard, check the documentation that came with the PC or the manufacterer of the PCs web site.

You can get some detail from the Device Manager
Start > Settings > Control Panel
Click the System Icon
Go to the Hardware tab
Click the Device Manager
Find the Display Adaptor section and click the + in front of it
Should open and show you the model of the graphic card in your PC

You should get that info from the driver installed.

Start->Control Panel->System->Hardware Tab->Device Manager->Display Adapters.
