During the past decade, a major concern has been the failure of small and medium-sized manufacturing firms (SMEs) in transforming themselves into large firms (MNCs) both regionally and globally, for Samsung though it has been bogged by manufacturing problems i.e.defects and lack of good human resource team . it s threats have been players like LG ,and local manufactures in the countries it has presence,then there is a constant threat by other players who keep on upgrading its technology

Every products has some problem. Samsung too.
