Jetlag happens when the travel also means that the person is crossing time zones. If you are travelling a lot, but are not crossing time zones (so if you are travelling north to south or south to north) then that's simply fatigue.

Jet Lag

Known as desynchronosis, dysrhythmia, dyschrony, jet lag, or jet syndrome. The condition is generally believed to be the result of disruption of the "light/dark" cycle that entrains the body's circadian rhythm.

The only reason we are affected it because of the time zone changes. Our bodies are still used to the time zone we just left.
