There is no best nationality. All nations are imperfect and if there were a best, people wouldn't always complain.

I would say nationalities that don't give you reasons to be ashamed of something. The ones with great achievements (Greece, Egypt, Italy, ...) and few wars on their history.
However people can't choose their nationality, so be proud of whatever you are!!!
