what are the reasons for no movements of arms and legs?

We have a patient who is not able to move his arms and legs. He was absulutely right but suddenly his fore & hind limbs stop working during a cold fever. Is there any treament?

he may have an infection in the spine try a heavy course of antibiotics for 3-5 days also keep fluid levels up he should regain use within 3-5 days if it is infection

Look into Guillian Barre Syndrome.

Sounds like paralysis. You should investigate his spine.
