Just like making friends in the real world, it takes time and effort. Unlike the old saying "if you build it, they will come"... just because you are on the internet, doesn't mean people can or will find you.
So, like in the real world, make yourself available. Find some chat groups, play some online games, respond to some forum posts about topics you like. Go to places where you will have things in common with the people and jump in.

all you have to do is go to mycoke.com and get an account on there and then make u a person and go on there go to the public places to start u off with and if u need help ill help u cuz like i am on there too and so u ask somebody what their asl is ( age sex location) so that u guy can be friends
