Most of these free downloads can mess up your PC. Because they are free, there is no liability or accountablilty regarding the software and eventually all of the free programs are fighting for the same memory space in the computer.

You've got spyware.
Try www.hitmanpro.nl software (it's free). (Joe K is not referring to this, but to the spyware you already have. Hitmanpro is Anti-spyware.)
Or buy a Mac or install Linux.

try to delete it in the registry of your computer, start>run> type "regedit.exe"> then delete the spyware, do it wid a proffesional if u are not confident, deleting wrong key can cause windows crashing
