I grew up in the middle of the U.S. and as a child I was called "B.J.", my name was Brian James. Never bothered me till about 8th grade when someone asked me if I gave "B.J.'s". After punching him out I decided to drop the initials and since that time I simply go by Brian, hope that answers the question?

Well would you like to be called Bl*w job? Don't think it's very appropriate, do you? It could be a good nickname for someone you don't like, I suppose lol.

As far as I am aware it does not stand for anything so could be good for a nickname.
