Fact 1: Hezbollah is a shiite terrorist organization. Wealthy Arab leaders are Sunni. They fear Sunni's and Shiite's joining. If they enter the conflict they will have to side with Hezbollah, which they do not favor. If they stay out of the conflict they believe Hezbollah will lose, which is what they prefer.

Fact 2: The United States donated over $50 million dollars which will help Lebanon civilians.

Fact 3: The Arabs donated a whopping $1 million.

Fact 4: The United States does not support terrorist organizations, this includes Hezbollah. Contrary to popular belief, Israel is not a terrorist organization. Lebanon supports Hezbollah. Hezbollah militia favor hiding in southern Lebanon in the midst of the civilians. Their bombs are sent from Lebanese civilian sites to Israeli civilian sites.

Fact 5: Hezbollah, has stated it will not stop bombing Israel until the Jewish people are gone.

Fact 6: Hezbollah has a bloody violent and horrendous history. I am old enough to remember the bombing of the US marines in the 80's killing over 241. When the Israeli's pulled out of Lebanon, the Hezbollah taunted saying, Israel only pulls out when bombed. This has backed Israel into a corner.

While I am not for the bombings of Lebanon, (yes, I have seen the pictures). I don't believe that Israel should be forced to sit back and allow Hezbollah to continuously bomb them without bombing back. My eyes are open to the facts, and I am open minded...how about you?

Get your facts straight. Israel is not at war against Lebanon, they're at war with Hezbollah.

Right now the Lebanese government does not want to help any government take down Hezbollah, Israel is on the defensive after decades of hostilities from Hezbollah, not just this most recent act of violence they committed, Hezbollah is a known terrorist group that controls the government and oppresses the people of Lebanon.

America Does not want a cease fire because America is the for runner of the fight against terror, and until Hezbollah is wiped out thats where our loyalty lies. But we have full intentions to help rebuild Lebanon for the sake of the civilians.

If the Arab League would help Lebanon, and we help Israel,

There is no pressure being put on by the US to stop Israel.

If I had to give a reason why, the US wants Hezbollah wiped out because of the murder 284 military, mostly Marines in 1983! I think it is a message to Lebanon that it will not be a staging area and safe haven for attacks on Israel and to Iran that they are not going to be able to use Lebanon either.
