It depends on the girl, because there are many different types.
Type A: 10% of girls - She doesn't want anyone to see her panties. She gets really embarrassed when she finds out they're showing, and she will not want anyone to see them.
Type B: 50% of girls - She doesn't show them on purpose. She will pull up her pants and make an effort to hide them, but it's not the end of the world if they do show. She may be fine showing them to her sister or best friend.
Type C: 20% of girls - She is very carefree and outgoing. She doesn't try to show them, but she makes NO effort not to either. If she were pantsed, she'd laugh it off, and doesn't care how much panties she's showing. If she knew they were showing, she most likely won't pull her pants up.
Type D: 10% of girls - She shows panties on purpose to get attention. She will "pretend" to be embarrassed when somebody mentions it, and she'll go out of her way to say things like "my pants are falling down".

you see i wear a thong and im 17 and a senior and all though high school i never liked showing my thong but the only reason i dont like to is bcuz my freshmen year my thong was showing and a guy in the back of the room came from behind me and poped my thong toward my hips and it hurt. but i like to show them to my boyfriend hope i hellped bye

I actually use to, but the only time I do now is if I am wearing boxers and my pants are to loose lol. Although, I do show them to my sisters if I think they are cute. I know, girls are weird.
