Mazury in Poland, its the Polish lake district.
Not big on shopping over here, but we get to see the wild life like storks and Deer.
We get miles and miles of uninterrupted views of beautiful countryside.
The lakes are great.
its just a chill out place really.
Camping,Fishing, sailing, bird watching, cycling, cross country skiing, Hiking and winter sledge rides and we all love the Polish vodka and food.

I live in Darwin Australia at the moment - I like it here but I def would not want to live here for ever
as it is a very small place. There is not really very much to do here entertainment wise, the clubs and shopping are nothing special thats for sure but there are heaps of beautiful places to see like Litchfield falls - Rock pools - Kakadu national park and many other places.
The ppl here are relaxed and friendly...
My favorite thing about darwin is the weather at the moment its just perfect its sunny every day usually bout 31 degrees and best of all it is never winter ....!

There's lots to do most places, it just depends what you like or can be bothered to get involved in.

I live in Oxford (England) and it's the same as any British city (just smaller!) - museums, galleries, parks, theatres, shopping, golf courses, restaurants, bars, rivers, pools, fishing, country walks/drives, palace/stately homes, skating, cinemas, wildlife parks........ and if you hate it, it's only a bus ride away from London!

Torquay.

Loads of B&Bs, fairly decent nightlife, beaches, shopping, nice scenery, Dartmoor really close, can travel to Plymouth (not very nice) and Exeter (nice) for shopping or to look around, nice walks and things too.

I live in a little village about 4 miles out of Torquay and think I live in the best place in the world!

I live in Wigan - Lancashire and Greater Manchester.

I am not a Wiganer but I have lived here for quite a while and can speak the local lingo if I please!

It's ok but I wanna try somewhere different. I like to see new places like you!

We have Wigan Pier - ever heard of that

We have Wigan Warriors

A new shopping centre being built

An ok cinema - expensive though

not much else - plenty of Chavs though - does that make you want to come here?

I live in Bristol, it is the best city in the country! It is also the place in the country that you are most likely to have a smile returned to you from a complete stranger.

to list just a few things, we have shopping (too much), walks, museums, ghost tours, waterside cafe', churches, cathedrals, cinema's. you will never be bored here as it is one of the liveliest city's in the world, but it is also a very quiet place to go, surrounded by lush green fields and forests, especially towards mendips, lovely.

Unfortunately, I now reside in the middle of Misery....er.....Missouri, USA. There is NOTHING to do here unless you like tractor pulls. I recently went to Chicago for my honeymoon. Now there's a city! Great shopping, restaurants, tons of museums; I'm actually considering moving there.
