Well, I recommend you ignore it...but if that is hard to do, then put on a robe, open the door a bit and ask the person knocking on the door if they are bleeding and need to be rushed to the emergency room? If the person at the door says no...then you tell them to bother someone else in the house, or do whatever it is they want to ask you by themselves.
Another thing you can do is put a DO NOT DISTURB sign on your door whenever you are making love... this sign can be anything from a rubber band to a ribbon or something that indicates to people that if the bed is rocking they shouldn't come knocking.

It depends on the situation. If you're cheating, and the other person is at the door, then you might as well continue because they know what you're up to. After that, you face the music.
If it's just some stranger or your friend knocking, keep going and get louder so they know how great a performer you are.
