Here is a link to a ritual I wrote for it. It is a group ritual but can just as easily be performed solitary... you might want to read the book 'Lammas'. It's a part of the series Llewellyn published about the Sabbats. I get a lot of my ideas for rituals from their books (and online). Enjoy and feel free to let me know what you think!

Will be doing one this year. Casting circle and reflecting on the fact that this is the beginning of the harvests. Time to reap what you have sown. Enjoy food of grain and fresh fruits as this is the time of their harvest.

I'm doing one this year! Me and some friends are having a picnic with bread, pies, honeymead and other foods.
