Well "pinky" it is a unique name for a person because we associate "pinky" as our little finger. We associate the word "pink" with a color not person. If this is the name your parents gave you I'd say keep it, if this is a nickname you've only had for awhile and it makes you uncomfortable now, change it.

If you are being totally truthful that the name you have on your birth certificate is PINKY, then yes you have a very unique name.

Pinky is more a pet name than a full name. I am sure you also have a tail like Herbert/Johny etc attached to your name. That makes it a complete name.
Pinky, if stands alone, gives you the feeling of a slim girl with sharp features and a pony tailed hair!!!!!!
