No. The concept of infinity admits a rigorous definition only within the realm of mathematics, as originated by the Cantor theory of sets.
Any use of infinity within the empirical sciences such as astrophysics, shall be considered in a loose sense, because all concepts of empirical science shall be defined operationally, and no operation can actually measure an infinite value of whatever parameter. When we hear the word "infinity" in popular discussions about some empirical science, we must remember that it just means "very big".

It is depending on what you try to define. A circle is a kind of infinity since there is no beginning or end. To apply this to infinity of time or space is far to great to accept or understand.
However, there are no proof that it doesn´t exist. Therefore it is easier to answer the question in the same manner as religion. What do you belive? I belive it does exist.

nope. there is always a limit in the "real world". but it's so far away you can consider it is infinite...
for example : there is a FINITE number of atoms in the universe, but you would be hard pressed to count them all...
therefore, infinity is an approximation.

No beginning...no ending...it doesn't "exist"...it simply "Is"...in the loosest sense of the word...as there are no absolutes to Infinity.
