It depends on loads of things...how busy your day was, how busy the next day is going ot be, how much sleep you need etc etc. I am a bit of a night owl unfortunately so I only get to bed at about 12. I think 8 hrs sleep is the best, although I seldom get that and I I'm fine. by the way is this your real photo????????????

For me, the best time to go to bed is at 9pm. I have no definite reason for it. I simply love it. But, I can not follow my sleeping time right now because I am working as an online english teacher from 4pm-12mn.

10 - 11 PM. I was told that rest b4 midnight was good 4 me.

From my experience, it's true.

(blushing angel...lol...) im sorry got carried away, damn, is a flaw bein an aussie, we speak our minds, now back to ur question hun....anytime is a good time but a routine is even better, 8 hours sleep is usually normal, but its the quality of sleep u get not the quantity... so a good sound sleep is what the doctor orders...now.... u coming to bed???? hehe tc : )

I'm gonna take a stab in the dark here but normally when I'm sleepy works for me. And if I can't go to sleep I rub one off real quick and then it's lights out baby. ZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ

Depends on:
Your usual sleep duration, daily schedule, whether you work or not...
Sleep is your body and your brains' need.
If you want to follow your nature, you should sleep whenever you feel sleepy. Because,after some activities the body and brain need to rest, relax, and sleep in order to re-energize themselves.
