it was made in stars from hydrogen.
in the begining of the universe, there was only hydrogen (lots of it, though). It made stars, and stars used hydrogen (still use it, by the way) in fusion reactions. --> those fusion reactions produced helium, and other higher mass elements (including carbon)
When the star's life ended, it exploded and the carbon finally ended up in the nebula which then transformed into the solar system... and therefore came on earth.

carbons was found as diamond naturally, found as graphite again normally itsnt synthesied, ther is also ths carbon (the black powder)which is the ramians incomplete combustion, where there is insuffiecent oxygen to burn it all to water and co2, so some c remain like when u burn bread, other than that there is no way

Carbon is not made.
It is one of the basic elements in nature that exist in nature.
It is not a compound and therefore not "made".
