Oh I would love to believe that Pinhead would win (He is just down right awesome), but I believe Michael Myers would win.
Frank said in Hellraiser that "the Cenobites gave me an experience beyond limits... pain and pleasure, indivisible." (Something Michael Myers would probably enjoy)
Michael Myers only gives pain for "his" own pleasure.
and like Pinhead said "We will tear your soul apart." This would not work on Michael Myers since he has no soul, or his soul is already in Hell so Pinhead has nothing to threaten Michael Myers with. Michael Myers likes pain.

Pinhead doesn't fight, he tortures people to death. It is like sex for him the whole pleasure pain reversal. Myers may want to fight but that would only last until he gets into the same reversal. Next thing you know Myers will be a hell raiser too.

Pinhead would convince Mike to be a cenobyte. How you ask? He'll make his meat hook thingies come out of the ceiling and floor and toture Mike Myers (using his pain/pleasure technique) until he wants to be one too.

That's a toughy. I would say Pinhead, since he's demonic and technically you could kill Myers if you cut him up into little pieces (even though he can come back, he couldn't if he was cut up.)
Pinhead probably exists forever since he's a demon.
