Any of the hills stations.....Please leave central India out as there is something called as October Heat which is as hot as 35 degrees C and very dry too....
A very good option would be a Hill station called Matheran near Mumbai....its quiet place...with no Vehicles and very very cool and beautiful.....
Kerela is also a good option.

We went to Coorg final three hundred and sixty 5 days that factor. replaced into cool and quiet. no longer something to do there. only savor clean and pollutants loose air. Is off Bangalore too. See Mysore on way in case you haven't any longer. We have been in Tata coffee estates. yet there are a number of places to stay. reliablepersistent. shop water and nutrition. Get virtually no longer something on way. Kerela, Ooty, Kodaicanal are all there as properly this. additionally Chennai. Hyderabad. additionally attempt caves: Aurangabad.

Plan out ur trip. First land on the Delhi airport and go to Agra and see Taj mahal there. Then go to Uttaranchal and enjoy the mountain there. From there u can go to Mumbai and then to Goa. i don't know about places but i have Indian friends and they told in October its festival time there and they celebration on Diwali and they have a thing called Garba (or somwthing like that) i went to it once its was GREAT and a lot of FUN! I hope you get to enjoy it!

Khujrao Temple if you are a fan of Kama Sutra art.
Goa for the beach party and fun.
New Delhi, tha capital, that the only time when its not too hot nor cold.

the best place to visit during the month of octobor is many some of them are himalayas(like shimla,darjilling etc.) taj mahal, Paris(France).or the place which you have not visited can be visited by you.
