A movie called "Avalon." It was about a game that people played where they logged on and were downloaded into a game setting.

The movie was fascinating because there was hardly any music. The lighting was all the mood. The ending scenes had an orchestra, so the music was all the more intense for it not being there before.

For me, it would have to be "Meet Joe Black". I like how they put the "Angel of Death" into human form and set him loose on this family. I also liked how you got to watch him experience things (things we take for granite) for the first time. The Peanut Butter scene was great. I mean could you imagine meeting someone that has never experience peanut butter and watch their expression the first time they try it. The whole movie fascinated me. I was really impressed with it. I usually don't go for the love movies but this one was different. Unusual.

For me, it was "The Station Agent" - When his only friend and co-worker dies, a young man born with dwarfism moves to an abandoned train depot in rural New Jersey. Though he tried to maintain a life of solitude, he is soon entangled with an artist who is struggling with a personal tragedy and an overly-friendly Cuban hot dog vendor.

Sound fascinating? Gotta watch it!

The Squid and the Whale (2005) It's about the breakup of a marriage and it's affect on the husband, wife and their two boys. I think it's the best film released in the U.S. last year.

I love The Thomas Crown Affair, the plot twists and such kept me interested the entire time, however it is one of those that after seen once, is not as much fun to watch again, however I do keep noticing things I didn't notice before!

The Jagged Edge

A "who done it" with me confused up to the last minute. A word of warning, watch it all the way through from the beginning. If you do it in bites or watch the ending first, it will be your loss.
