Well it depends on whether or not each person is given time to prepare. The thing is, if there is preparation time, Batman always wins, unless it's against Dr. Doom, or maybe God. Not sure about God though, I mean I'm sure Dr. Doom's beaten him, but could Batman? Honestly though, I'd say Batman simply because he's great at planning and/or spontaneous fighting, but Captain America would beat him in that so...
