eyyyyy!!! it's never too late to learn a musical instrument. :) it just needs a lot of concentration and time on your part. piano or saxophone? i'd say you should go for piano. i play piano, guitar, and violin and the first instrument i learned was the piano. it really helps because the notes (naturals, shartps, and flats) are fixed plus you also get to learn how to read notes in G clef and F clef. other instruments just concentrate on either G or F, so i would say that knowing both would be an advantage if you want to learn other instruments. :) good luck!

You are still a baby! It is never to late to learn something that you have an interest in. As far as which instrument is better, that is up to you.
However, if you plan on participating in a marching band, then piano is out!

I do not believe it is too old to learn a new instrumen. I have tried learning the piano and I found it quite easy to learn if you are truly devoted.
