Either find a new hobby, sport or pastime or,
good out and do good deeds i.e. help out at a charity, etc.
Also, 'act as if' meaning if you act / behave / pretend that you are happy, it will eventually have the required effect, but I believe that this has to be a long term behavioural change.

Everyone in life at some point goes through a stressful time. If work is getting to you is it worth carrying on where u work? ,,, why not try a new job or if u have been there for many years is there no-one you can talk to at work and perhaps they could change things at work for you.
You have to remember we're only on this earth once and you have to make the best of it,,, sometimes we get stressed out at the slightest thing but u need to step back and analsys and see what it is that is actually stressing you out..
Start a new hobbie, such as going to the gym getting fit stimulates your brain and makes you feel tons better ....good luck

Think of those less privileged than you, what they dont have and that you have. E.g. a secure job, a home you can go back to at the end of the day, two square meals a day, weekly or monthly meals at some fancy restaurant or the club, money to go on holidays once in a while, the list goes on.....
Be content with the thought that God has blessed you more than them and you will feel de-stressed and much happier.

the main reason for our stress is our day to day new wishes when these wishes did not fulfill then we come under stress we should we thank
full to god which he has allready given to us,in holly book gita lord krishna has says duty demands you to try your best but the result not put to be test ,all worries should be left on god what will be he do good for ours ,jion yoga classes if there is?it will helps you to become a happier person and you will enjoy the life, the birth as a human being is very precious

That's a very philosophical question. It seems that U r restless in nature and trying to get Ur need of happiness from external objects. To me, Happiness comes from Inside. It's just a state of mind which differs from person to person. But altogather, one has to be cool.
There r lot of things which can make U cool and control Ur restless state of mind such as Pranayam, Yoga, Reiki, all sorts of meditations and even Tai Chi. These help U to get Ur disturbed state of mind in control. It would be wiser to seek peace rather than being happy.

Make time to relax everyday.
Meditate or buy subliminal tapes.
Surround yourself with upbeat people and things that make you smile.
Do something you enjoy every day--or at least once a week.

You need to be happy with yourself first and the other stuff will come. There must be something you are unhappy with about yourself that you have to work towards to make better for yourself. It is a long process to happiness.

if someone had an answer to that
we'd all be happy and enjoy our lives
buts its impossible
other then drugs
as for stress....life is stress..nothing you can do to release it rather then a temporary solution..other then that its stuck with you for life
