Yes you can, if you are sick during annual leave you can also claim that back and get another holiday.

Sick pay I think is different to ordinary pay wherer you can accrue holiday time and money for hours worked. Sick pay is just sick pay I would imagine.

At least you get sick pay - some companies manage to get around having to pay you!

Family Medical Leave Act covers sickness without penalty pay or position wise. The company must have so many employees to qualify I think 50, and you have to be there for a year first. Bill Clinton passed this bill in 1993.

You do, but you are normally asked to use it up by a certain period as a lot of employers don't allow a lot of leave to be carried over to the next employment year.
