But obsess people need not lose any where near that much to reduce height blood pressure, People with high blood pressure can achieve normal pressure by losing only half of their excess weight, even though they remain "considerable obsess".

eat a healthy diet low in sodium,cholesterol and sugar.
exercise regularly-at least 30 minutes a day-even if it's just walking.
get routine checkups-also find out if hypertension runs in your family-if it does, then chances are you will too but if you follow the above advise and take medication if necessary-then you'll be able to keep it under control

watch your weight ,watch what you eat don't make fast food your food that you eat ,exercise and if all else fails go on medication prescribed by your doc if anyone does not watch there blood pressure it can damage the hart,so with this in mind take care
