yes, but usually you ovulate 1/2 way through your cycle, so I wouldn't worry to much about it.

When your period ends does not matter. Try using an online ovulation calculator to give you a good idea of when you are most fertile. Generally women ovulate 12 to 16 days before they get their period. Your first hint at being in a fertile time of the month is that your body will produce clear, runny cervical mucus.

To pinpoint your most fertile time of the month....you can also use ovulation test kits.

More than likely.......you had sex before you were fertile...as 6 days after your period is a little on the early side. However since sperm can live for even 72 hours...there is a small chance that you could conceive.

Not much of a chance for pregnancy. You ovulate on the 14th day from the beginning of your period. That is if your cycle is 28 days. Some people practice this method of birth control by keeping track of their cycle. It can be flawed. Remember to use a condom every time you have sex. STD's are not a good thing to get. Pregnancy maybe the last thing you worry about.

Here's a great site. I use it to tip me off when NOT to have sex...works pretty good so far...if your periods are regular...but if they are not, will calculate for you as well, just give a few flex days in the beginning and end.
