Download the Yahoo! Toolbar (Click the yellow button on the right hand side) from http://toolbar.yahoo.com/
While installing check the option for installing Anti Spy (if any, otherwise it will be installed automaticlaly)

This light version of anti-spy from Yahoo can not remove all spywares from your computer. The irony is that Yahoo toolbar and rest of the stuff contain spywares! Why do you think that you have to "agree" this and "agree" that?? Read the fine prints.

Don't waste your harddrive space with yahoo antispy. It is totally worthless. Download this program instead. http://www.superantispyware.com It is VERY VERY effective and it is free.
