there is only two element involved. Disc and the brake pad. Two possible reason one being the disc pad being used up which therefore result in metal rubbing against metal... two being dirt trapped between the two surface. Servicing the brake will resolve the matter.

The response to your question is virtually unanimous: Front brake pads are worn out and you need a front brake job. The shop will check your rear brakes at the same time. If they can't turn your front rotors down and have to replace them, this job could cost about $250.

Brake pads are made to make a noise to warn you they are in need of Replacement.

brake pads....most pads have a metal tab to hit the rotor when the pad become low.

Have your pads checked. It's not that costly. 40 dollars is on a average in my area.

you either need new brake pads or you need your rotors turned. Probably both.

major problem get it checked out one day ur gonna try to break and ur not gonna stop lol and metal on metal can cause a fire becareful
