Cocaine - Lots of artists, but Eric Clapton is the best one
Golden Brown - The Stranglers
Mindfields - The Prodigy
Voodoo chile - Jimi Hendrix
Machine Gun - Jimi Hendrix
The Hurricane - Bob Dylan
Anything at all by Weird Al Yankovic
Photograph - Nickelback
California Rescue Me - Red Hot Chilli Peppers
There are HEAPS. Granted if all you listen to is godawful pop music, then yes, it's all sexual and / or love, but what about "My Perogative" by Britney Spears, or perhaps "Stupid Girl" by Pink?
Broaden your mind. The BEST music is none of that cookie cutter bullcrap that the major record companies blast at you now.

How about Depeche Mode's Everything Counts, about business and money, She's Lost Control by Joy Division, about a girl having an epileptic fit (!?), Depeche Mode's Suffer Well and Home, about drug and alcohol abuse, and also People Are People, about tolerance.
Another of my fave bands, Kraftwerk, have only ever made two sex references in 10 or so albums. Their songs revolve around technology, science, robots and machines. Look at trans-Europe Express and Autobahn.
There is also New Order's 1963, where Bernard Sumner is seemingly pleaing for someone not to shoot him,
There are plenty of songs which don't talk about sex/love, but it is a very non-controversial subject normallly which everyone knows about. Subjects such as politics are usually songwriting no-go areas for the simple fact people will always disagree and have differing sides. For example you have to understand the social events of 1970's Germany to truly understand Kraftwerk.
As for films, that is easier. The film by Hiyao Miyazaki, Spirited Away is about a little girl trapped in a magical world. The Fritz Lang film M is about a serial killer, and Metropolis, one of the greatest films ever made, does have a love story but the main focus is on oppression and freedom by a Messiah (it is believed to have been a great influence on Adolf Hitler's ideas).
Keep looking!
