I am a 23 year old female who suffers from low libido which has been the case since I became sexually active. The first couple of months of a relationship is great i can't get enough so to speak however after that I never feel like sex I don't even think about it. Can anyone please give me some advice on how I can raise my libido as I am tired of not feeling "normal"

Are you sure it's a physical problem, and not just a relationship one?

I mean...if your relationship is lacking in any department, you're not going to feel close to your partner, which in turn means a poor sex life and low libido.

Even people with high sex drives get bored all the time...that's why people have affairs and stuff - to keep that spark in their lives. This is why it is important to keep sex fresh, and new...fun and playful.

Just out of curiousity - do you watch porn, talk dirty, masterbate, try new things, etc? If not...then it sounds like you just need to grow in that deparment. :-) Have fun - experiment...sex doesn't have to be so...um...confined.

i think of he's using low libido as an excuse and does not desire to tell you the actual reason. perchance he needs some thing distinctive in mattress yet does not be responsive to the thank you to tell you...perchance he desires extra excitement or creativity in that branch. How long have you ever been married? Is he below extra rigidity? And as harsh and unsightly as this could sound, have you ever gained weight or replaced in techniques that he won't locate alluring anymore?

Are you on birth control??? that could definitley effect your libido if you are....the hormones from the pill take over and make you not want it as much. (ironic....I know)
Try spicing things up a little. Go for a little roll play or possibly rent a risque video and watch it together to learn new positions.
