The movie "A Perfect Murder"
Fatal Attraction
Se7en
Hellraiser
Salem's Lot
Phone Booth
Taking Lives
Eye for an Eye
Young Guns
Demon Knight
Oh the list goes on. I love these villians. So different, so unusual, but yet each villian (with the exceptions of Hellraiser) could be your next door neighbor. Even Salem's Lot and Demon Knight. The villians both looked human (except for the master vampire in Salem's Lot, but his watcher was the eveil villian also).

Ohh! I love questions like this!
Some that stand out in my mind include:
1. Kaiser Soze in "The Usual Suspects". Yes, he isn't the real villain, but he sure was scary!
2. Elijah Price (Samuel L. Jackson) in "Unbreakable". Amazing movie, and one of my personal favorites.
3. Azazel in "Fallen". How the heck do you fight a demon?
4. Alex Forrest (Glenn Close) in "Fatal Attraction". She doesn't start out as a villain, but she sure turns into one.
5. Jack Forrester (Jeff Bridges) in "Jagged Edge". I wasn't sure until the very end, and even then, I couldn't believe what I was seeing.
6. John Doe (Kevin Spacey) in "Se7en". Who thinks like that? How perverse can a person be?
7. All 4 bad guys in "8 MM". They're all so evil, can you really pick just one?
There are so many more, I think I could go on and on, but these are some of my favorites.

Mostly movies of love subjects have best villians. Coz people purely hate ppl who were opposing somebodys love. villians of action subjects and fantacy subject are portrayed with some extra ordinary abilities so some people even like those villians.so, vilians of love stories were the best villians.
