heat means energy. the original sources which pruduce energy, are nuclear based reactions and can be extracted via Fission or Fussion process. sun is an example. nuclear reactors also can be this source of energy. but if u mean natural sources , all stars like sun , offcourse they are out of our solar system.
the other sources ,like fossile fuels, are not original. they are just orginated from sun's energy.

well, heat is absolutely everywhere in the universe - even in the coldest, darkest regions of empty space there is a little bit of heat there. So if you want a source of heat for something, just find the closest object to it that is a little bit warmer than that object and there's your source of heat.
If you're talking about sources of heat a little closer and more useful to us, thermal geysers, a road or a group of big rocks after the sun has gone down, a hot dog after being cooked, a light bulb, a car engine/tailpipe, a matchstick, another person.

Energy is not created nor destroyed, but it can be coverted.
Heat can be converted from electricity like in a bulb.
When a friction occurs between a match and a cloth, its fuel burns. (sorry for my English) The fire triangle is:
Heat, Oxygen, Fuel. So heat is made by friction.
etc.

burning chemical energy like gas, kerosene, methane
coz u see heat is the result of combustion
combustions uses only chemical energy
the sun is a big combustion process
on earth we get almost all of it from the sun, the rest comes from burning chemical enrgies, in which we can include heat emitted from our bodies
