How to get big lips without surgery?
Tried lip-plumbers and they doesn't seem to work very well.. Also tried make-up..

you could try using a nude lip liner and lining the out most edges of your lips. Most people draw the line on the edge, but I am talking on the edge of the edge. lol. So basically you're still lining your mouth but its on the border where your face meets lip. Also, you can "color" your lips [basically fill in the lines] with the lip liner until you have created a base.Then cover with your usual lipstick. This usually makes your lips look bigger. For so extra shine, you can add a bit of lip gloss, which also gives the impression of plumper juicer lips.

Want those injections of your fat or collagen? Do you consider that surgery? If not just be happy with what you have.
We are all beautiful the way we are just keep your lips heathy and hydrated. It only matters to be able to kiss the man you love right? Well just enjoy that. Emphasize another asset. We all have them. I have little lips too. Just smile and people will notice that instead. Men love pretty smiles not teeth just a happy woman.

just kidding. the best method (w/out surgery or dr involvement) is make-up. Try using a lip liner that is a couple shades darker than your lipstick color. Line the OUTSIDE of your lips with the liner, and fill in with lipstick.
PS None of us will ever have Angelina lips with out surgery. (and those that have had surgery look totally phoney)

I use lip gloss, It makes mine look bigger. I also noticed when I was with my ex, We'd kiss nonstop and my lips seemed to have gotten bigger by doing that, Sounds kinda weird, I know.

Try holding your lips to a vacuum hose. That will plump them up.

apply light colors.. and dont use any lip liner.. using lip liner actually make ur lips looks thinner..if u have to use then use very light colors..
