First you will need a bottle of "Long Stand" cream, from the chemist, or alternatively some baby food might do the trick
Remove all your clothing to expose as much of you to open air as possible.
Rub the cream or baby food over as much of your skin as possible.
Now, you need rushing air hitting you to ignite the reaction, so best to run as fast as possible. Run for about 20 minutes, then wash off with bottled mineral water.
Repeat till cured.
Alternatively, drink a cold beer and the syptoms will not kill you.

List as many causes as possible and have their corresponding contingency plans. Most probable it would not be right solution, but the right solution will be a hybrid of the possible solutions you have in contingency plan!
