yes you can. I had a miscarriage at the same time as you and I was the same no pain just on and off bleeding. Make sure the colour of the blood doesn't change too much or it could mean something else is going on.

I had a miscarriage at 7 wks and it was like a normal cycle, had one at 12 weeks and it hurt bad, I definitely knew what was going on then.So maybe 10 weeks is still small enough to be able to pass easily. Hope yours doesnt cause you any physical pain. If you wanted this preg. then I know words wont make you feel any better, but I am sincerely sorry.

I think so. Perhaps because the fetus was so tiny it wouldn't cause so much discomfort passing. I had an extremely painful miscarriage though not much later than you. Count it as a blessing. Keep trying. This just wasn't your time. Be strong and healthy. Good luck.

I'm not sure I had excruciating pain at 6weeks, but I also had a D&C which I think was why it was so painful. Anyway, if you haven't already, see a doctor just to make sure everything passed on that needs to so you won't get an infection. Sorry for your loss, and better luck next time.
