The Bible calls the ant a people, and describes them as smart creatures. there are sooo many species of insects.and I wonder if there is one dummy of them all. Do you know or have any clue?

The tick, it can't be too smart, all it's programmed to do is find a body, attatch, and eat till it gets so fat and grey that it falls off and can't move anymore and dies.

The dumbest insect, if you can call it that, is the lovebug. They were engineered at some university here in Florida to help get rid of the mosquito population. Instead, these dumb bugs float around every spring and fall, sometimes en masse, usually mated to another love bug, and then die within 24 hours. I am living proof that the mosquitoes are still alive and kicking!

I cannot see how any insect could possibly be lazy as their very existence depends on their being energetic... unlike domesticated animals, who if spoilt, could become lazy and downright slothful!! But check out this article which I read....
