For the last 18months my ex has payed the CSA £169 every month, but every month i have received a different amount, always lower than what he has payed. Then this month i havnt had any atall, iv finally got through to someone who knows what theyr on about and they dont understand why ive not had my money and why ive not received what he has been paying. Has anyone elce had this trouble?? Will i get what i am owed, me and my ex get on well and are both angry as our son has missed out on money

In responce for asking why i go through the csa if we get on. It is because we didnt get on to start with and my ex is very tempremental, say he wanted to come and see our son on wednesday and i said no, something as simple as that is enough to make him stop paying, this way the money comes straight from his wages before he sees it, even he agrees its the best way

If you and your ex get on well, they why are you going through the CSA? You dont have to. Generally the CSA is only brought in if the man refuses to pay.
Just get the money off him directly.

I'm with Bubble, the only reason you use the CSA is if the other partner refuses to pay. Get him to pay you directly
