i love her very much.she knows that i like her.i can't propose just now.so give me some ideas to impress her.whenever i start to speak abt this she's laughing or staring and moving away frm me.there are lot of guys trying for her.but she refused.i don't want to be one of them.guys understand me plz.

imm., big question. we don't know if you want to take her through love and relationship..
the trust is something you got to get. you can go up strainght and tell her.. if you have words in right proposition.
find out what she needs now.. if u can give all that.. u will score.
i am sure she needs a lot of affection and care. ofcourse keep her company. walk down with her in every possible chance.
take her out often for food, learn her language... u got to strike at her weakest point..
seek her solitude and often say her mistakes were to be ignored.
appreciate her often in every possible way.. dis is my idea.

Instead buying gifts.., Try making one of your own! That can show her character, can remind life instances between you and her, or simply make it beautiful and say 'It's so charm as you baby.., I made this thinking of you!'
