I don't know if you can bluetooth to IR, but if you can send emails from your phone, email them to your addy from your phone, and bam done. Let me know if you figure out how to do that bluetooth, I have infrared too.

three ways .. choose the one convinient to u:
1. Bluetooth (fast but a bit complicated at times): get a bluetooth transfer device from market which is compatible with ur cellphone model. cheap gadzett(USB type) and readily available. it comes with a CD. Install the software. Install the drivers after plug the device to USB port(one time process). It's ready to use. Activate the bluetooth o ur cell, run the programm on ur PC. It will automatically detect ur cellphone within a range of 100 m. just follow the instructions after that.
2. Infrared(a bit slow) : procedure is exactly the same .. only in this case u purchase a infrared device from market and after installations u turn on the infrared on ur cellphone and u have to place ur phone's infrared port near the device's port.
3. a simple data cable(easiest): It directly connects to ur cellphone and after the installations u can browse through the variuos folders on ur cell phone. do copy-pastes etc.
