take a second and check that you have plugged everything up correctly, then take a second to read over the directions. It usually takes only 12 to 14 hrs to fully charge, but if you have charged for three days and everything is correctly hooked up then return or exchange. ( You are the customer make them treat you that way)

It should be 12 hours. Do you have batteries in it as well? make sure you check the outlet it is plugged into.
Do any of the lights on the phone light up? If not than there is something wrong with the electrical connection, even if it is not fully charged the red or green lights will work on the receiver. If those are out also, I would bring it back to the store.

Good Luck!

make sure the battery is plugged in the phone correctly, if it is, then take it back to the place where you purchased it with the receipt, and let them know that it is no good. They may give you a new battery to put in it , just to make sure the phone is good.

Did you open the battery compartment first and make sure there isn't a tag you are supposed to remove first, or make sure the battery is connected properly inside? If so, return it for a refund or exchange it.
