Certainly not true. Maybe not malaria, but other diseases will appear as soon as the 'old' ones are cured. And third worlds..there will definitely be a third world as long as there is a 'first' world..

Of course not. As time changes technology may change along with it but some people will refuse this because they like the old style of living. Some people dont enjoy the new technology up to date now.
