The answer is yes.
For a woman to become pregnant she must be ovulating and her vaginal area has to come into contact with a male's semen. This does not necessarily mean that the penis must be "fully" inserted in the vagina.

Actually, there are some very rare cases when a girl gets pregnant without ever having intercourse, that is, without the guy inserting his penis in her.
It is possible, even though rare, to become pregnant if your vagina is in contact with sperm.

i'd no longer be the right man or woman to respond to this. Anywho i imagine your pal needs someone to communicate with. i do not imagine she is a foul man or woman for having sex. She had sex with someone she loved, so thats solid in my e book. i do not imagine Jess might want to attempt to have this guy's infant at 15. searching after somewhat one is exertions. actually yes... all you have to do is take the semen of the guy and have a doctor place them in the egg of the women.... i forgot the name of the process though..... but, yes its possible...
Practice safe sex!!!! Wear a condom!!! hahaha.... it may be funny to you guys, but which is better, feeling nearly everything, or wind up being a father? think about it..
