If you are already having a manufacturing unit with 100 workers, then you are already managing one. The question is whether it is being managed well. Why is this question now? Dont you have professional managers? Are you facing any trouble with running the unit or achieving profitability? What is your business? Are you trying to liquidate, sell or close down the business? Please explain in some detail so others can offer help. But, it is always better to take professional help in situations like this. Please be detailed, will help.
