i have cut myself a while ago on my wrist and was wondering if there is a way to get rid of cuts altogether? because i'm sick of always covering it up

If the cuts are still open, then clean them with rubbing alcohol and then leave them alone - open to the air as much as possible [if you have to cover them up, make sure what you are covering them with is not tight and that you take it off at night and when you're alone]. Do not put Neosporin on them because it can actually make scarring worse.
When the cut have healed, try rubbing Vitamin E on them. This will make them fade faster. If the scars are raised, I found that using an exfoliating soup on them [the kind that's not smooth] after they have healed - I mean, at least six months after, when there is no way they can open again - makes them recede into the skin again.

Ingesting/applying the correct amount of Vitamin E will heal a cut or fade a scar. But don't cut yourself in the first place if you don't want it to show.

Neosporin is supposed to help get rid of small scars.

dpends on how deep it is and when it starts to heal put on some vitamin e oil on it and it will help with the scarring
