i desperately need a pair of good jeans that i will be able to wear for a while. and it has to be comfortable. price doesnt matter much. i'm willing to pay up to about 200 dollars.

OK sorry. i cant wear levis or lee's cuz they dont fit me very well. i tend to lean towards the designers side.

i'm a bit on the shorter side. 5'3
but i can get them hemmed. i'm skinny. size 24 or maybe 25.

You may try Killer, Wrangler, Flying Machine, Live In .
Better still you may get the best jean kit & get it stiched as per your requirement. Reday to stich jeans kits are available in the market & there are many good tailors who specialise in this art.

I would suggest True Religion, Se7ven, and Lacoste. They all fit well and are very high quality jeans.

Ive found that True Religion,Victorias secrte,Levis fit niceley on me, but, because i dont know your body size....i cant say.Maybe more info? :size......?
