You can activate the Internet Explorer pop-up bar. For firefox, install Adblock and activate the block pop up.

If you are using Internet Explorer, go to Tools>Internet Options and select Pricacy tab. Check the Block Pop-Ups checkbox on.
For advanced settings click settings button.
