The clitoris is the most sensitive part of the female body (and is in fact the human body parts with the most nerve endings too!).
It sits at the front of the vagina underneath the clitoral hood and between the outer labia. The clitoris is the female equivalent of the male glans (the head of the penis) and most women cannot orgasm without stimulation to this part.
This should have also been posted in Women's Health I think, but I might as well answer it without trying to be dirty.
