It seems that this is very important to you and that you would prefer hope over desperation. So, it is highly likely that her fans and family will help her and that she will recover. Her career might, however, not recover, but we have all the old recordings, videos and movies to enjoy.

I don't think she will ever recover from her addictions.
Man, she was just fine until she hooked up with high-class Bobby Brown. He absolutely ruined her life.
