I'm wanting a website from where I can download MP3's legally and free of charge to my mobile phone (Samsung D500). Basically, it's a new toy and I'm wanting to play with it!! Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

There are many sites that allow you to do this. The ones that spring to mind are Ares, Limewire, Frostwire and Bearshare. However, it is advisable to be aware that there are sometimes viruses and bugs embedded in these tunes, and some can be listed as tunes when they might be ads. My advice would be to scan each download before you play it, then listen to these tunes before copying them to your phone. After all, you don't want to copy what you think is a tune into your "toy" and crash your phone software.

Incidentally, you can also download your own CD's to your computer and upload them back to your phone. That way, you know for certain the music is bug-free.

There is no way of downloading free music legally. Period. There are 2 options, iTunes and other such services that charge per song, or someservices where you pay a membership fee and get unlimited downloads.
